As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Revenue Management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) systems. You will bridge business needs and technology, leading the development and execution of product roadmaps that enable scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions. Job Description

What you’ll do
  • Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Revenue Management and O2C systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable KPIs.

  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility, leveraging data insights and industry trends.

  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with engineering, finance, revenue, and BizTech stakeholders.

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including discovery, design, implementation, testing and optimization of Oracle Fusion modules (RMCS, Subscription Management, Accounts Receivable).

  • Manage scope, proactively identify risks and blockers, and deliver high-quality solutions through Agile practices, reporting on status and KPIs.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Revenue Management and Oracle Subscriptions, ensuring compliance with ASC 606/IFRS 15 and optimizing business processes.

  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, providing transparent communication on product vision, progress, and outcomes.

  • Drive process automation and leverage AI/GPT technologies to enhance deliverables, generate business insights, and support smarter decision-making.

What you’ll bringRequired
  • In-depth, hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Fusion cloud Revenue Management, Subscription Management, and Accounts Receivable.

  • Strong knowledge of business processes, revenue management, and compliance standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15).

  • Proficiency in building BI Publisher reports, data analysis, and functional knowledge of APIs.

  • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of managing full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Applications.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management frameworks.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Ability to analyze and optimize business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications and Product Management, with at least 4 years focused on Oracle RMCS.

  • Experience supporting Finance and Revenue teams during period close activities and ensuring system readiness.

All new hires participate in our in-person orientation process, designed to set you up for success from day one.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000 - $176,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
