What You'll Do
- Own and drive the strategic roadmap for marketing platform capabilities that power scalable, personalized promotional experiences.
- Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and iteration of high-impact promotional tools across web and mobile.
- Translate vision into clear requirements, business cases, and measurable success metrics aligned to company objectives.
- Build and scale capabilities for dynamic offer creation, audience targeting, gamification, and lifecycle engagement.
- Embed experimentation, automation, and machine learning to improve targeting precision, measurement accuracy, and performance from impression to play.
- Partner across Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, and Operations to deliver seamless solutions and influence broader platform strategy.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies to accelerate execution and expand platform capabilities.
- Ensure promotional experiences are relevant, frictionless, and designed with responsible gaming principles in mind.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in marketing technology, promotions, retention platforms, or customer-centric digital products.
- Proven experience building and scaling platform capabilities in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Deep understanding of promotional and retention strategy, customer behavior, and omnichannel engagement.
- Strong analytical and experimentation expertise, with experience applying performance data and machine learning concepts to drive automated, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
- Comfort operating in complex, ambiguous environments while balancing long-term strategy with near-term impact.
- Strong ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
