Responsibilities
- Plan and launch listing campaign products, such as referral rewards and promotional events, to attract new users and improve retention and trading activity.
- Develop a deep understanding of crypto spot trading rules and user behavior, and propose effective growth strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and trading volume.
- Independently identify business problems and opportunities in listing campaigns and spot trading growth, and proactively drive solutions from ideation to execution.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, risk management, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth and compliant product launches.
- Define and monitor key metrics for listing campaigns, analyze performance, identify optimization opportunities, and continuously improve product outcomes based on data and user feedback.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay on top of industry trends, user needs, and product innovations, and translate insights into actionable product initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or project management, preferably in crypto, trading, fintech, or other fast-paced internet industries.
- Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset, with the ability to take full responsibility for projects and drive them forward with minimal supervision.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify issues, structure problems clearly, and push solutions through to completion.
- Highly responsible, execution-oriented, and detail-conscious, with a strong sense of accountability for both process and outcomes.
- Good business judgment and market sensitivity, with the ability to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and turn insights into practical product strategies.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, able to align stakeholders and work effectively across teams including engineering, listing, trading, marketing, risk, and legal.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain momentum, and deliver high-quality results on time.
- Deep interest in and understanding of the crypto industry, especially spot trading products, market dynamics, and user behavior.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
