 As a Senior Product Manager, Trading Product at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you’ll be at the center of building the systems and features that determine the availability, depth, and quality of betting markets across both pre-match and in-play. Your focus will be on driving innovation, reliability, and performance in our trading systems to maximize customer engagement and revenue.

You’ll work closely with Sportsbook Trading, Engineering, Risk, and Operations to ensure customers see the right markets, at the right time, with pricing that is responsive, competitive, and tailored to each sport's dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for trading initiatives including market availability, latency, pricing accuracy, and uptime
  • Define high-impact customer-facing outcomes while deeply understanding the needs of internal users such as traders, risk managers, and operations
  • Analyze competitor offerings to identify parity gaps, areas for differentiation, and untapped market opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with trading and quantitative analytics teams to translate operational goals and model-driven insights into scalable product solutions
  • Drive prioritization using a blend of customer value, business impact, and system feasibility
  • Represent Trading Product in cross-functional initiatives spanning marketing, CRM, and customer experience
  • Establish and monitor product KPIs such as availability, revenue, and customer retention
  • Communicate vision, progress, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
     

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management or sports trading experience
  • Deep understanding of trading systems, betting markets, and the pricing and modeling approaches that underpin them
  • Proven experience delivering products in environments where trading accuracy, real-time responsiveness, and market competitiveness are essential
  • Strong grasp of the wider sports betting ecosystem and customer behaviors, with a focus on how customers engage with sports betting products and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the industry
  • Demonstrated success partnering with engineering, quant, and operational teams to launch scalable systems and tools that power front-end experiences
  • Analytical and data-informed — comfortable working with performance metrics, behavioral data, and model outputs to guide product direction
  • Excellent communicator, able to distill complex concepts and trade-offs to both technical and business audiences including C-level executives 
  • Passion for sports and a product mindset rooted in creating differentiated betting experiences through trading excellence

Salary Range: $117,800 - $167,400

The base salary for this role is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience and may vary depending on the successful candidate’s geographic location. About the Team

Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium.
