LastPass is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Web Growth: 

In this role, you will grow organic acquisition, improve conversion, and keep lastpass.com technically excellent. You will run experiments and measure impact, helping LastPass deliver on its mission to give everyone seamless access to everything they need to work, move fast, and stay protected.

About the team:

You'll join the Growth team within LastPass's Marketing organization, responsible for turning lastpass.com traffic into trials and paying customers through organic acquisition, conversion optimization, and site performance. You'll partner closely with web analytics, the Web Product Manager who owns day-to-day site health, and product marketing to ensure every website change is measured and optimized.

Who will you work with?

You'll partner closely with the Senior Director of Growth, who leads the broader growth function, and the VP of Marketing on strategic alignment. Day to day, you'll work with a Web Product Manager, a Senior Engineering Manager, and an eCommerce Product Owner on execution, plus web analytics and product marketing to ensure every change is measured.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Grow organic visitor acquisition by developing and executing AEO and SEO strategies across lastpass.com
  • Improve visitor-to-customer conversion by reimagining the customer journey and adding or refining web features
  • Design and run conversion optimization experiments to identify and scale what drives growth
  • Partner with engineering to keep lastpass.com fast, reliable, and technically flawless
  • Guide day-to-day website changes to ensure they're optimized for growth outcomes
  • Collaborate with the web analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and instrumentation across the site
  • Partner with the Web Product Manager and product marketing to align roadmap priorities with growth goals
  • Report on growth impact through regular updates, reporting, and dashboards that keep stakeholders informed

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Experience in growth-focused product management, including SEO/AEO-driven acquisition strategy
  • Strong track record of designing and running conversion optimization experiments
  • Ability to partner with engineering teams to improve website performance, reliability, and user experience
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools and using data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and guide decisions
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting growth results and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborative and results-oriented approach, balancing rapid experimentation with technical rigor and measurable business outcomes

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

US Pay Range
$119,000—$140,000 USD
