Senior Product ManagerThe Role

Join Nash, an autonomic logistics platform helping enterprises plan, execute, and manage deliveries across diverse fleets, partners, and networks. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of shaping innovative logistics solutions powered by advanced AI models and integrations. You’ll drive the product vision, collaborating closely with engineering, design, solutions, and go-to-market teams to solve real-world operational challenges for large enterprises.

Our platform operates in highly complex environments, handling orders, inventory, dispatch decisions, delivery updates, and exception management across customer fleets and third-party systems. As a Senior Product Manager, you will translate these workflow challenges into actionable product development, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value for enterprise customers.

What You’ll Own
  • Define and execute product strategy for core logistics solutions, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and solutions teams to design, build, and launch features that integrate seamlessly with enterprise OMS, WMS, TMS, and POS systems.

  • Lead product discovery, gathering insights from customers, internal teams, and market research to identify new opportunities and refine existing features.

  • Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including scoping, prioritization, requirements definition, and hands-on validation of technical solutions.

  • Work directly with customers and solutions engineers to develop use cases, validate requirements, and ensure each release delivers real workflow improvements.

  • Build and refine product documentation, enablement materials, and value narratives to support sales, customer success, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Drive analytics and reporting to measure success, understand customer adoption, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

  • Stay hands-on with the latest AI advancements, rapidly testing new models, agent capabilities, and feature prototypes with real-world customer use cases.

  • Serve as a key product evangelist, representing Nash’s vision with customers, partners, and at industry events.

What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software.

  • Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in system integrations, APIs, and complex enterprise environments.

  • Proactive discovery and analytical skills—you ask the right questions, explore unarticulated pain points, and transform ambiguous needs into clear requirements.

  • Exposure to AI tools and models, with an understanding of how cutting-edge tech can drive value in operational workflows.

  • Experience working cross-functionally to lead collaborative product development with engineering, design, and technical sales or solutions teams.

  • Ability to draft clear requirements, user stories, and comprehensive use cases based on structured discovery and customer feedback.

  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences.

  • Ownership mindset—you thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and can drive initiatives from 0 to 1.

Even better if you have:

  • Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or supply chain technology.

  • Experience shipping AI-native or agent-driven product features.

  • Hands-on data analysis or financial modeling skills to quantify product impact.

  • Flexible PTO and remote-first culture.

More about Nash

Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics.

Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line.

Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion.

We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it.

Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco.
