About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Market-Facing Product Manager with a deep understanding of SMS technology. In this role, you will be the bridge between the market and our product development teams, ensuring that our products meet customer needs and align with industry trends. You will play a key role in driving product strategy, market positioning, and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies for SMS-based solutions tailored to the banking industry.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the market (customers, sales teams, and industry stakeholders) and internal product development teams.
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements, and translate them into clear product specifications and roadmaps.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and competitive analysis, to ensure product success.
  • Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor product performance, analyzing data to inform future product enhancements and strategy adjustments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote our SMS and TBD.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on market-facing roles in SMS technology and/or TBD.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies that drive market success.
  • Deep understanding of SMS protocols, messaging platforms, and the unique needs of the TBD
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Proficiency in using product management and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, market-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.
