Verifi Concrete is a leading provider of cutting-edge digital solutions for the concrete industry, revolutionizing how concrete is monitored, managed, and optimized. Our technology enables real-time tracking of concrete properties, enhancing quality control, efficiency, and sustainability across construction projects. With a strong focus on innovation, automation, and data-driven insights, Verifi Concrete empowers clients to reduce material waste, improve operational performance, and drive cost efficiencies.

As we continue our global expansion, we are looking for dynamic professionals to join our team and contribute to transforming the future of concrete & construction technology.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the next generation of Verifi’s software and data products. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of AI, IoT, and sustainability — an opportunity to redefine how digital solutions create value in the construction industry.

As Lead PM, you will own key parts of the product roadmap, from strategy and discovery through to delivery and adoption. You will translate customer needs and market insights into scalable product solutions, collaborate closely with Data Science, R&D, Engineering, and Commercial teams, and ensure Verifi continues to set the benchmark for innovation in ConstructionTech.

A critical focus will be leveraging AI/ML and emerging GenAI technologies — from building data-rich decision tools to creating intuitive, user-facing experiences powered by generative models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap for assigned domains, ensuring alignment with Verifi’s mission and global business objectives.
  • Discovery & Customer Insight: Lead product discovery by engaging with users, analyzing industry trends, and translating feedback into clear product requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and R&D to deliver seamless execution of product initiatives.
  • AI & GenAI Innovation: Conceptualize and drive next-gen Verifi products that leverage large datasets, AI/ML, and Generative AI to unlock new user experiences and automation opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure effective product positioning, launch, and adoption.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and measure product performance, iterating rapidly to maximize customer and business impact.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to positioning Verifi as the global leader in digital concrete management and ClimateTech.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of Product Management experience, with a track record of owning significant product areas in SaaS, data-driven, or industrial tech companies.
  • Strong background in product strategy, roadmap development, and customer-centric discovery.
  • Exposure to GenAI tools, applications, or user-facing product integrations (e.g., LLM-driven workflows, AI copilots, content generation, conversational interfaces).
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered products, large datasets, or advanced analytics is highly desirable.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial domains is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in high-growth, scale-up environments where speed, adaptability, and creativity are key.

Why Join Verifi?

  • Shape the product direction of a pioneering ClimateTech venture backed by Saint-Gobain’s $40B+ global platform.
  • Work at the frontier of AI, IoT, and sustainability in construction.
  • Have direct impact on building products that drive decarbonization and efficiency in one of the world’s most essential industries.
  • Competitive compensation with growth opportunities into senior leadership.
