Action1 is an autonomous endpoint management platform trusted by many Fortune 500 companies. Cloud-native, infinitely scalable, highly secure, and configurable in 5 minutes—it just works and is always free for the first 200 endpoints, with no functional limits. By pioneering autonomous OS and third-party patching with peer-to-peer patch distribution and real-time vulnerability assessment without needing a VPN, it eliminates routine labor, preempts ransomware and security risks, and protects the digital employee experience.

In 2025, Action1 was recognized by Inc. 5000 as the fastest-growing private software company in America. The company is founder-led by Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who previously founded Netwrix, a multi-billion-dollar cybersecurity company.

Action1 is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager who combines strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on work. This role is ideal for someone who has ambitions to grow into a Head of Product / VP Product role but still enjoys creating mockups, writing detailed feature specs, and talking directly with customers. You will drive the evolution and vision of our product in close partnership with executive leadership.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Partner directly with founders and leadership to define long-term product strategy
  • Connect high-level vision to execution across research, prototyping, and delivery
  • Conduct deep market, customer, and competitive research to inform direction
  • Prioritize opportunities based on business impact, customer value, and feasibility

Execution & Ownership

  • Own large product areas end-to-end: discovery, strategy, planning, specification, rollout
  • Write detailed functional specifications and technical requirements
  • Create UI wireframes, user flows, and mockups when needed
  • Lead engineering squads by providing clarity, prioritization, and guidance
  • Manage product lifecycle from incubation through scale

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with customers to continuously validate ideas
  • Surface insights across sales, customer success, marketing, and support teams
  • Present product updates to senior leadership, including rationale and expected outcomes
  • Support go-to-market efforts and product launch readiness

Product Performance & Growth

  • Monitor and interpret product metrics to drive adoption, expansion, and retention
  • Recommend changes to UX, onboarding, or workflows based on customer data
  • Drive experimentation and iteration to validate assumptions and improve product performance

Requirements
    • 7–10+ years of Product Management experience (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
    • Proven record of managing complex product areas with significant impact
    • Ability to operate strategically while executing tactical work yourself
    • Strong comfort with customer discovery, interviews, and product validation
    • Experience writing highly detailed product specifications and user journeys
    • Ability to build mockups and collaborate with designers when needed
    • Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership
    • Experience in fast-paced startup environments where PMs are highly hands-on
    • Cybersecurity or IT systems administration background
    • Experience scaling a product from early-stage through enterprise adoption
    • Experience collaborating with Data Science, AI/ML, or advanced analytics teams
    • Any prior leadership experience (team lead, mentoring PMs, etc.)
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM, patching, or endpoint management domains

Benefits
  • Fully remote work, giving you the flexibility you need in the modern world
  • Exciting challenges and opportunities for continuous growth.
  • Non-stop professional development and learning of new technologies.
  • A supportive, friendly, and professional team environment.
