About DuploCloud

DuploCloud is a software platform that allows engineering teams to achieve their infrastructure automation, security and compliance goals by offering DevOps-as-a-Service. We strive to make DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code accessible for everyone; where application developers can focus on building applications rather than writing thousands of lines of code to automate well known operational workflows and compliance standards. DuploCloud is a venture backed company, Series-B funded by WestBridge Capital and StepStone Group.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key areas of our cloud platform and drive deep alignment across engineering, customers, and go-to-market teams. This is a highly cross-functional role with broad ownership and visibility. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background preferably in DevOps or cloud infrastructure and is passionate about solving real-world problems for developers.

This position requires a high level of organization, strategic thinking, and empathy for technical users. You’ll work across multiple engineering teams spanning AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms, and be responsible for ensuring that features are delivered cohesively and reliably across the platform.

You will be a strong fit for this role if you have experience …

  • Owning the product roadmap for major components of the DuploCloud platform, from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborating with customers to deeply understand feature requests, pain points, and use cases.
  • Coordinating across multiple engineering teams, managing dependencies, cross-team communication, and timelines.
  • Translating complex DevOps workflows into intuitive, user-friendly product experiences.
  • Working with sales, marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
  • Presenting roadmaps and product updates to customers, partners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Using data to continuously evaluate product performance and drive iterative improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Have 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Previously worked as a DevOps engineer, SRE, or cloud architect, or have equivalent hands-on experience with infrastructure.
  • Have strong working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP—and can speak fluently about their differences and tradeoffs.
  • Understand modern DevOps tooling and practices, including CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Excel at coordinating complex technical projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Are comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences—from customers to webinars.
  • Are highly organized, self-driven, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Bonus points for experience with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, or FedRAMP.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Certifications like AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer are a plus.
  • Agile, Scrum, or Product Owner certifications are also a bonus but not required.

Compensation Philosophy:

At DuploCloud we recognize the value you bring, and our commitment to your success is reflected in a competitive compensation package tailored to your experience, location, and skills. In addition to our competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive array of benefits designed to elevate your overall work experience.

Range: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 depending on location and level of experience.

Benefits:

  • Remote flexible work options
  • Employee assistance program (EAP)
  • Medical, dental & vision benefits supplement
  • Life & supplement life and Critical illness insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Savings Account (FSA)
