Tremendous is the global platform built for businesses to send thousands of payouts to anyone, anywhere, for free. We're trusted by 20,000 organizations like Atlassian, MIT, and United Way to deliver gift cards and money to millions of recipients worldwide.

Our customers (researchers, marketers, HR teams, nonprofits, and platform businesses) rave about how fast and easy Tremendous is to use. Check out our ratings on G2.

Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. We’re a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. The team agrees– our employee NPS is in the high 80s.

About the role

We're hiring three Senior PMs across three teams:

  • Prepaid Cards (new team). About a third of our business in a $25B market where we have ~1% share. Heavy on technical scope and financial partnerships.

  • Recipient Experience (new team). Owns the experience for the people receiving rewards, which is half our product and historically underinvested. Heavy on consumer UX.

  • Platform (existing team). Owns infrastructure, security, and internal tooling that keeps every other team shipping. Heavy on technical scope.

The role itself is the same across teams. We'll figure out the right fit on the recruiter call. If you're interested in more than one, say so.

Today, the product management org is six PMs, led by a co-founder who serves as Head of Product.

What you’ll do

  • Own your team's roadmap. Work with stakeholders to figure out what to build and when. When the path isn't obvious, your job is to create clarity.

  • Do the research. User interviews, market analysis, competitive teardowns, data digs. Whatever it takes to back up your thinking.

  • Move quickly using AI. Use AI agents to dig through customer tickets, sales calls, usage data, and competitor research. Use prototypes to illustrate approaches.

  • Partner with design and engineering through the build. Designers refine the UX, engineers estimate and build, you unblock and keep scope honest.

  • Work async. Most product work here happens in writing. If you're used to running product through meetings, this will feel different.

  • Drive decisions without bulldozing. People won't always agree on priorities. It's your job to land decisions while keeping people bought in.

  • Close the loop. After we ship, help the team understand the impact.

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at tech companies.

  • 2+ years as a PM at a growth-stage startup.

  • Strong product intuition. You can look at a product problem and see the right solution.

  • Strong design judgment and technical fluency. You hold your own with designers and engineers.

  • A track record of turning long-term strategy and a backlog of ideas into a prioritized, shovel-ready roadmap.

  • Strong written and verbal communication. We're documentation-first, so you'll spend a lot of time writing.

  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, and pushing work forward without being told to.

  • Genuine empathy for users and teammates. You want to understand their problems.

What's cool about the role

  • Competitive pay and equity. Base salary for this role: $225,000 to $300,000

  • Real benefits. 100% covered health (US), unlimited PTO, 12-16 weeks paid parental leave.

  • Fully remote. Work from anywhere in the Americas.

  • Great culture. Read more about how we work in our public handbook.
