Senior Product Manager

As PlanHub continues to scale, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for our pre-construction product domain. This role sits at the intersection of vision, delivery, and innovation—ensuring we build solutions that solve real customer problems, advance our business goals, and modernize operations through the effective use of AI.


You will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, prioritizing high-value initiatives, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders. This position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands-on product execution, and the ability to champion change in a fast-moving environment.


This is a high-impact role for a product leader who is passionate about the construction industry, energized by customer-centered problem solving, and motivated by delivering measurable outcomes for both the business and the professionals we serve.


What you'll do to make an impact:

  • Champion the product vision and long-term strategy for PlanHub’s pre-construction marketplace, ensuring strong alignment to company OKRs and growth objectives.
  • Develop a balanced roadmap that delivers customer value, supports business outcomes, and accelerates internal efficiency—leveraging modern AI technologies wherever appropriate.
  • Stay deeply connected to market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer workflows to inform forward-thinking product decisions.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of PlanHub’s customers, their challenges, and their pre-construction needs through interviews, observations, data, and market research.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, championing long-term value and ensuring product decisions reflect real-world use cases and measurable impact.
  • Define key product performance metrics, actively track them, and communicate progress and insights to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Deconstruct complex business and customer problems into actionable product requirements and epics for development teams.
  • Prioritize development activities based on customer value, business impact, operational efficiency, and engineering capacity.
  • Partner with Engineering and UX to deliver thoughtful, user-centric solutions while incorporating AI where it provides measurable gains in productivity or automation.
  • Work closely with business process owners to align on requirements, rollout plans, timelines, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Facilitate user story workshops, mapping sessions, and backlog grooming to ensure clarity, sequencing, and shared understanding across teams.
  • Collaborate with product designers, marketing, customer success, and sales to ensure new features launch successfully and adoption goals are met.
  • Communicate ideas and product decisions clearly, concisely, and consistently across diverse audiences.
  • Support Agile ceremonies and partner closely with the Scrum team to ensure timely and effective delivery of stories, epics, and features.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to modernize product operations—especially through AI-powered workflows, automation, and intelligent insights.

What will make you stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record of delivering business and customer outcomes.
  • 3+ years applying AI tools, frameworks, or workflows to drive productivity, automation, or operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated success mentoring or managing junior Product Managers.
  • Experience defining market trends, validating customer needs, and leading end-to-end product delivery cycles.
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage complex priorities and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical competence working with modern SaaS tools, system architectures, and software development practices.
  • Metrics- and analytics-oriented decision-making approach.
  • Expertise in product discovery and delivery techniques (e.g., user interviews, story mapping, MVP definition, process diagrams, wireframes, competitor analysis, and release planning).
  • Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies; CSPO preferred.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.

This position will be a remote position within the United States or Canada. Occasional trips to our West Palm Beach, FL office, may be required.
