Job summary

DigiCert is building the trust infrastructure the Internet runs on — and DNS is at the center of that mission. As the DNS evolves from a resolution protocol into an active layer of digital trust, DigiCert is uniquely positioned to lead that shift: securing identities, validating endpoints, and enabling the next generation of autonomous, agentic systems to operate with confidence.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who leads with innovation, obsesses over customers, and uses data to move fast and build conviction. You will own a product surface that starts with DNS and expands into identity, trust signaling, and agentic infrastructure — helping enterprises, developers, and machines know who and what to trust at Internet scale. You'll prototype early, bring engineering along with a clear vision, and execute GTM with commercial sharpness.

If you're energized by building foundational infrastructure that quietly powers the world — and you're ready to shape what trust means in the age of AI agents — this role is for you.

What you will do

  • Own the roadmap for DigiCert DNS and digital trust, with emphasis on DNS as a foundation for trusted discovery, enforcement, posture management, and agentic use cases.
  • Make security, privacy, compliance, and operational resilience core product requirements.
  • Engage customers, partners, and relevant standards communities to validate use cases and shape product direction.
  • Foster a data-driven product culture through telemetry, dashboards, and experimentation.
  • Translate complex customer problems into clear, testable, and requirements.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, API-first, cloud-native services.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to analyze feedback, synthesize insights, and iterate quickly.
  • Define and track success metrics — adoption, latency, reliability, trust-signal accuracy.
  • Drive GTM execution with marketing and sales — launches, messaging, pricing, enablement.
  • Foster a data-driven product culture using telemetry, dashboards, and A/B experimentation.
  • Rapidly ship production-ready features and iterate continuously.

What you will have

  • 10+ years of product management experience in cloud-native SaaS, networking, security, or infrastructure products.
  • Proven success leading DNS products or deeply technical platform products.
  • Strong understanding of DNS and distributed systems; familiarity with PKI, TLS/SSL, or adjacent internet infrastructure strongly preferred.
  • Clear point of view on how DNS can serve as a building block for trust, discovery, enforcement, and posture at the infrastructure layer.
  • Strong customer discovery and product judgment, with a track record of translating insights into roadmap decisions.
  • Experience defining API-first, developer-facing platform products.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Proven ability to deliver 0→1 products and iterate rapidly in agile environments.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills; fluent in data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate prototyping, validation, and PM workflows.
  • Experience owning GTM motions including pricing, packaging, launches, and adoption tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills, including telemetry, dashboards, funnel metrics, and experimentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align engineering, sales, and leadership around a technical product vision.
  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset and a passion for 0→1 building in fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with agentic systems, autonomous infrastructure, or non-human trust models.
  • Experience with posture management, trust policy, or infrastructure-level enforcement systems.
  • Startup speed, enterprise scale.
  • Builders, not operators.
  • Security, trust, and automation by default.
  • AI-accelerated, open-source driven, cloud-native by design.
