About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product team and help drive meaningful product outcomes across Sensi’s Growth product area. This person will report to the Lead Product Manager and own a high-impact product scope end to end, from customer discovery and problem definition through execution, launch, and iteration. Scope will evolve over time based on customer needs and company priorities, so we’re looking for someone who is excited to operate in a fast-moving environment and help create clarity as they go. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own your product end to end: Lead discovery, definition, execution, launch, and iteration for a meaningful product area, initially centered on Growth
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams: Partner with customers, customer success, go-to-market, engineering, and design teams to identify needs, prioritize and solutions, and deliver value to customers and the business.
  • Drive impact in a fast-moving environment: Help prioritize the right opportunities, make smart trade-offs, and adapt quickly as needs evolve.
Requirements

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS startup delivering products to end customers.
  • Experience owning an entire product scope end-to-end - discovery, definition, execution, launch, and iteration.
  • Experience running customer discovery, extracting insights, validating problems, and making decisions based on real-world feedback.
  • Experience working with complex technological systems and collaborating closely with engineering on feasibility and trade-offs.
  • Experience shaping and delivering high-quality user experiences together with design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with customers and technical teams.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive progress in a fast-changing environment. 

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered experiences is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with the home care ecosystem is a big plus.
  • Experience with growth products in other industries is a plus.
