Your Mission

Build products customers love, fast — and make the team around you faster too.

At Prokeep, we're building simple, powerful tools that help distributors and their customers work better together. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, customer insight, and execution — someone who doesn't just prioritize between options but finds ways to expand what the team can achieve altogether.

You'll own a key product domain, shaping its strategy and roadmap to impact growth, retention, and efficiency. You'll dig deep into customer pain points, work closely with engineering and design to ship thoughtful solutions, and partner across go-to-market teams to bring them to life.

But strategy alone isn't enough. This role is for someone who raises the operating tempo of every team they touch — someone who, once the path is clear, expects the team to run through it, notices when they don't, and knows how to change that. You operate independently, make data-informed decisions, and hold a high bar for how fast great work can actually happen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for your product area — aligning initiatives to company goals and measurable business outcomes. Don't just sequence the work; find ways to do more of it in parallel.

  • Set and hold a high operating tempo — once you've cleared the path for your team, you expect them to move at the pace that's now possible, track progress with urgency, and course-correct quickly when momentum stalls.

  • Lead discovery and validation, running structured research, interviews, and experiments to uncover true customer needs — going deep on real users and use cases before designing solutions, not after.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver and iterate on great solutions.

  • Set clear success metrics and use data to inform decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and continuously improve.

  • Drive go-to-market readiness, defining product positioning, launch plans, and adoption strategies alongside GTM teams.

  • Anticipate market shifts and identify new opportunities that keep Prokeep ahead of industry trends.

  • Leverage AI tools and insights to accelerate discovery, compress cycle times, and identify ways AI can enhance customer workflows — and expect your team to do the same.

  • Communicate with clarity and influence, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on vision, priorities, and progress. When new information changes the picture, update your position and bring others along quickly.

Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of product management experience owning products end-to-end in a SaaS and B2B environment; enterprise customer experience is a strong plus.

  • Proven ability to set strategy and deliver outcomes, not just ship features — with examples of measurable business impact and evidence that you moved faster than the environment expected.

  • A track record of raising team output, not just unblocking it — you've been the reason a team delivered more than they thought was possible, and you can speak specifically to how.

  • Strong communicator and storyteller who can rally teams, clearly explain decisions to technical and non-technical audiences, and update positions openly when the facts change.

  • Hands-on experience leading cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, growing companies.

  • Analytical mindset — skilled at using data, feedback, and experimentation to guide priorities.

  • Experience driving 0→1 launches or scaling existing products to new levels of growth.

  • Genuine fluency with AI-driven tools — you use them yourself to move faster on research and decision-making, and you know how to identify where they create leverage for customers.

  • A natural leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings real energy and curiosity to the problems in front of them, and holds themselves and others to what's actually achievable — not just what's comfortable.

Why Prokeep?

At Prokeep, we offer a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative work environment where innovation thrives. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Competitive Compensation:Reflecting your expertise and impact.

  • Equity Package: Your success is our success—share in the growth you’ll help create.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life, short & long-term disability, 401(k), and employee assistance program (EAP).

  • Flexible PTO: Recharge and refocus with the flexibility to manage your time with no preset limits

  • Continuous Growth: Yearly education stipend to support your professional development.
