Description

A bit about us:

Since launching the industry’s first AI coding assistant in 2018, Tabnine has pioneered generative AI to elevate the coding experience for over a million developers worldwide across thousands of companies. Our mission is to help development teams of every size speed up and simplify the software development process with AI, while maintaining standards of privacy and security. Tabnine boosts engineering velocity, code quality, and developer happiness by automating the coding workflow through AI tools customized to their teams. Unlike generic coding assistants, Tabnine is the AI that you control. We’re looking for top-tier talent to join the Tabnine team and we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

This role is for a product marketer who thrives at the intersection of technology and storytelling — someone who can turn complex AI and developer tools into clear, compelling narratives that move markets. You’ll own how our products and category are positioned, crafting bold messaging that resonates with both technical and executive audiences. One day you’ll be writing a whitepaper or launching a campaign, the next you’ll be demoing live to developers or presenting strategy to leadership. It’s a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone with startup energy, creative drive, and the technical fluency to shape the future of AI-powered software development.

You’re not the “wait for a brief” type. You see a launch opportunity, a trend, or a gap — and you’re already halfway through the Google Doc. You live for that sweet spot where technology, storytelling, and impact collide.

You can talk LLM token usage one minute, then turn around and craft a killer headline or whitepaper the next. You’re just as comfortable demoing to a room of developers as you are presenting a GTM plan to leadership. You get that great marketing isn’t about buzzwords — it’s about clarity, proof, and momentum.

You’ve got a bias for action, a hunger for AI, and the creative nerve to try things others overthink.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Own positioning & messaging - shape how the world understands our products and the category we’re creating.
  • Tell the story - translate complex tech into simple, bold narratives that make people feel something.
  • Launch with impact - plan and execute GTM campaigns, product launches, and partner integrations that move the needle.
  • Be the voice - host webinars, join podcasts, lead product demos, and represent us at events.
  • Create fast, think faster - whitepapers, videos, landing pages, blog posts — you can spin up assets in hours, not weeks.
  • Connect with developers - get hands-on with our product, build quick demos, and show devs what’s possible.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - work closely with Product, Demand Gen, and Sales to bring ideas to life and drive adoption.
Requirements

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Love talking tech - APIs, agents, AI, IDEs, LLMs… it’s your playground.
  • Have startup energy - you build, ship, learn, and iterate fast.
  • Believe in clarity over corporate - you can explain a complex feature in 10 words or less.
  • Are comfortable on camera and stage - you enjoy telling the story live.
  • Want to shape a category, not just sell a product.
  • Can move between strategic and scrappy without missing a beat.

Your Background Might Include:

  • 5–8 years in Product Marketing or Dev Marketing at a tech or developer-focused company. Bonus points if you have a technical background or education.
  • Proven experience launching products, running GTMs, and working directly with technical audiences.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills — you can crank out crisp content fast.
  • Confidence with webinars, demos, and speaking engagements.
  • Curiosity about (or hands-on with) AI, coding tools, or modern dev workflows.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • You’ll market cutting-edge AI that actually changes how developers build.
  • You’ll work with a passionate team that values speed, creativity, and ownership.
  • You’ll get to experiment - and you’ll have the runway to make bold moves.
  • You’ll help define the next big category in AI-powered software development.

Ready to build the story behind the future of AI coding?

Let’s talk.
