As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Competitive Intelligence, you will be responsible for developing and leading the company's strategy for the competitive landscape. This is a highly strategic role that requires deep analysis, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate insights into actionable GTM programs. You will be the central expert on our competitors, ensuring our product, sales, and marketing teams have the insights they need to win across all market segments.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Develop and own a comprehensive competitive intelligence program that tracks and analyzes competitors' product strategies, GTM motions, and market positioning.
  • Conduct deep primary intelligence gathering, including secret shops and technical teardowns, to gain firsthand insight into competitor sales processes, product demos, and messaging.
  • Create and maintain a library of actionable competitive resources for the sales team, including battlecards and positioning guides tailored for different market segments.
  • Design and lead strategic wargaming exercises to pressure-test GTM plans and anticipate competitor reactions to our market moves.
  • Develop and implement a competitive response framework, enabling our teams to react to competitor actions with speed, confidence, and consistency.
  • Lead a formal Win/Loss analysis program, identifying the root causes of our wins and losses and presenting findings to leadership.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to provide data-backed insights that influence the product roadmap based on market opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Provide regular, concise intelligence briefings to the executive team on market shifts, competitor activity, and strategic recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • You have 7+ years of experience in product marketing, corporate strategy, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a position with a significant focus on competitive intelligence in legaltech or B2B SaaS.
  • You are a strong analytical thinker, capable of synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • You possess a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a proven ability to build and scale programs from the ground up.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex market dynamics to a wide range of audiences, from sales reps to executives.
  • You have experience supporting sales teams that operate in multiple segments and understand the nuances of both transactional and complex enterprise sales cycles.
