About Figure

Figure (NASDAQ: FIGR) is transforming capital markets through blockchain. We’re proving that blockchain isn’t just theory - it’s powering real products used by hundreds of thousands of consumers and institutions.

By combining blockchain’s transparency and efficiency with AI-driven automation, we’ve reimagined how loans are originated, funded, and traded in secondary markets. From faster processing times to lower costs and reduced bias, our technology is helping borrowers, investors, and financial institutions achieve better outcomes.

Together with our 170+ partners, we’ve originated over $17 billion in home equity loans (HELOCs) on our blockchain-native platform, making Figure the largest non-bank provider of home equity financing in the U.S. Figure’s ecosystem also includes YLDS, an SEC-registered yield-bearing stablecoin that operates as a tokenized money market fund, and several other products and platforms that are reshaping consumer finance and capital markets.

We’re proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ Most Innovative Fintech Startups in 2025 and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Finance and Personal Finance.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Figure’s crypto products. You’ll translate complex blockchain and financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both TradFi and crypto-native audiences. You’ll shape how we bring products to market, influence roadmap decisions, create foundational product storytelling, and drive adoption across multiple ecosystems.

This role is deeply cross-functional, partnering with product, BD, partnerships, and marketing to ensure alignment, clarity, and market impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Define positioning and value propositions for YLDS, CBL, and Democratized Prime
  • Translate technical product capabilities into customer-centric messaging across audiences
  • Own GTM strategy for launches, feature releases, and multi-chain ecosystem expansions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, BD, Customer Success, and Growth to drive product knowledge and adoption
  • Develop launch plans, audience-specific messaging, and define positioning across both crypto-native and retail web2 users.
  • Build competitive intelligence across crypto lending, RWA, and stablecoin markets
  • Partner with Product Management to bring market insights into roadmap priorities
  • Create product narratives, sales enablement, and thought leadership content
  • Monitor market trends, user insights, and performance metrics to optimize GTM strategy

What We Look For

  • 6+ years in product marketing; 3+ in crypto/blockchain or fintech
  • Experience launching complex technical products in fast-moving environments
  • Strong understanding of DeFi, stablecoins, tokenization, and blockchain ecosystems
  • Ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for multiple audience segments
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and operate autonomously
  • Bonus: experience at a protocol or DeFi platform, PM/PO background, TradFi experience, or presence in crypto communities (e.g., Solana)

Salary

  • Compensation Range: $150,000-$180,000/yr
  • 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
  • Company equity in the form of RSUs
  • This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and their dependents on select plans
  • Company HSA, FSA, Dependent Care, 401k, and commuter benefits
  • Employer-funded life and disability insurance coverage
  • 11 Observed Holidays & PTO plan
  • Up to 12 weeks paid family leave
  • Continuing education reimbursement
