We thrive on collaboration, alignment, and operational excellence to ensure we deliver value to our customers and business. As a Senior Product Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in enabling high-impact go-to-market initiatives and improving the way we operate. Reporting to the Product Marketing Operations lead, you’ll partner closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success to support launch execution, pricing & packaging operations, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

Pricing & Packaging Operations

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Finance to support pricing and packaging changes.
  • Track operational requirements for pricing updates and ensure execution across systems and teams.
  • Document packaging frameworks and support internal enablement for new pricing models or offers.

Process Optimization & Team Enablement

  • Identify and implement process improvements that help PMM operate more effectively with internal partners.
  • Streamline recurring workflows such as stakeholder communications, launch reporting, and quarterly planning.
  • Contribute to internal tooling and documentation to scale team efficiency.

Program Management & Reporting

  • Maintain visibility into key programs and initiatives through calendars, dashboards, and project trackers.
  • Support reporting on launch performance and team KPIs in collaboration with analytics partners.
  • Contribute to retrospectives, quarterly business reviews, and executive updates with clear summaries and documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a connector across teams, helping to resolve blockers, clarify responsibilities, and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Support communications that keep stakeholders aligned and moving forward—especially in moments of complexity or change.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing operations, go-to-market operations, program management, business operations, or a related function.
  • Proven success supporting cross-functional product or solution launches at a high-growth company.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, structure, and tone.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to bring order to ambiguity and keep projects on track.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values iteration and action.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working as a Product Marketer or directly with a PMM team on launches, packaging, or positioning work.
  • Familiarity with SaaS pricing & packaging motions and the operational steps needed to implement changes across systems.
  • A systems thinker who enjoys designing frameworks, building repeatable processes, and driving alignment across functions.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, and Finance leaders.
