Description

About the Role

You're a product marketer at the core. You take something technical and turn it into the things that move a deal: the messaging, the collateral, the launch, the content the field actually uses. That's the craft. Here's where it gets interesting.

From there, the role works in two directions. Expand Zenity's market reach by adapting the platform for industries, strategic partners, and emerging AI security frameworks that accelerate adoption and revenue. And you'll work closely with our partners, shaping how we show up through their motions and in front of the customers they reach. The story you build has to land across the whole ecosystem of partners, platforms, and the customers moving between them.

Most of this hasn't been built yet. Working with the Head of Product and Partner Marketing, you'll define the ecosystem positioning, the vertical narratives, and the partner stories, then keep them sharp as our category evolves.

About Zenity

Zenity is the leader in AI Agent Security and the first company to bring an agent-centric security platform to market. As enterprises accelerate AI agent adoption, we are establishing the security framework for how AI agents are secured and governed at enterprise scale.

We deliver full-lifecycle visibility, governance, detection, prevention, and response for AI agents from buildtime to runtime, across SaaS, home-grown platforms, and end-user devices. Backed by $55M+ in funding, including a $38M Series B with strategic investment from Microsoft’s M12, Zenity is trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises globally.

Join us in shaping how AI agents are secured at enterprise scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Positioning and messaging. Partner with the PMM team  to Adapt Zenity's core platform messaging for priority industries, strategic partners, and emerging AI security frameworks.
  • Industry and vertical narratives. Build and maintain the stories that make Zenity land differently depending on who's buying, so the field walks into any sector with the right angle.
  • Partner marketing. Shape how we show up through our partners: joint stories, co-marketing, and the way Zenity fits into the customers they're already reaching.
  • Standards and frameworks. Translate developments across OWASP, NIST, MITRE, and related AI security frameworks into market opportunities, messaging inputs, and customer education.
  • Industry and partner GTM programs. Develop repeatable plays, campaigns, and motions that accelerate adoption through vertical and partner channels.
  • Partner and vertical enablement. Build the industry and partner-specific assets that help the field tailor conversations for different markets and routes to market.
  • Vertical and ecosystem intelligence. Monitor industry adoption trends, standards developments, partner priorities, and competitive activity to identify new GTM opportunities.
Requirements

What You’ve Done:

  • Strong product marketer first, with a track record across positioning, messaging, launches, and enablement
  • Experience owning solution, industry, or ecosystem marketing motions
  • Experience working across strategic partnerships and joint GTM programs
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and market dynamics
  • Cybersecurity or security software background. You know how to market to a security buyer
  • Able to take something technical and turn it into a clear, differentiated story that holds up with both practitioners and executives
  • Real, hands-on experience marketing across customer verticals or industries, not one-size-fits-all messaging
  • Worked across a full partner ecosystem, not just one type. You understand how the pieces fit: platforms, ISVs, channel and resellers, system integrators, and the data and AI players
  • Senior enough to operate independently and build where there's no playbook yet
  • Comfortable working East Coast hours alongside a Tel Aviv product team
What We Look For At Zenity
  • Proven ability to build, not just maintain, systems, processes, or relationships
  • Comfort operating in evolving, fast-moving environments where the playbook is still being written
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, not just activity
  • Experience in high-growth or venture-backed environments
  • Exposure to AI, security, or emerging technology ecosystems

Why This Role/Zenity

  • You're not inheriting a playbook, you're writing it. The partner motion is early. The positioning, the industry stories, the way Zenity shows up across the ecosystem are yours to define. Most PMM roles hand you a deck to update. This one hands you a blank page.
  • A brand new category. AI Agent Security didn't exist a few years ago. You'll help define how the market understands it, not fight for share in a category someone else already shaped.
  • Range most PMM roles don't have. You work across verticals, across the full partner ecosystem, and directly with the field. You're not boxed into one product line or one motion.
  • Real exposure. Backed by Microsoft's M12, trusted by Fortune 500 security teams, working alongside the Head of Product and Partner Marketing and a product org in Tel Aviv. The work is visible and it matters.
