Position Description:

The Sr Product Marketing Manage, UHNW & Complex Assets Strategy is responsible for leading strategic positioning, advisor enablement, and growth initiatives related to sophisticated philanthropic opportunities and complex asset strategies.

 

This role operates with a high degree of independence and ownership, shaping go-to-market strategies and advisor engagement approaches for advanced charitable planning. The role enables advisors, enterprise partners, and charitable strategists to identify and execute on high-value opportunities involving founders, liquidity events, concentrated stock, private business interests, alternatives, and other complex assets.

 

You will partner closely with enterprise teams, business development leaders, Charitable Strategists, and Product Marketing to translate sophisticated planning concepts into compelling narratives, scalable playbooks, and enterprise-ready growth strategies.

 

This is not a traditional product marketing role. You will act as a strategic growth partner, expanding Ren’s presence and influence within UHNW, family office, and advanced philanthropic planning ecosystems.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

UHNW & Complex Assets Strategy

  • Own positioning and messaging for sophisticated charitable planning and complex asset strategies
  • Develop scalable playbooks, case studies, and frameworks for advanced advisor conversations
  • Support strategic initiatives related to founders, liquidity events, concentrated positions, alternatives, and private business interests

Advisor & Enterprise Enablement

  • Help advisors and enterprise partners identify, position, and advance complex philanthropic opportunities
  • Develop high-impact, advisor-facing materials that simplify advanced planning concepts into actionable insights
  • Influence how UHNW and family office opportunities are integrated into advisor workflows and client strategies

Strategic Growth Leadership

  • Partner with business development and enterprise teams to influence and accelerate high-value opportunities
  • Shape and contribute to thought leadership in advanced philanthropy and UHNW strategy
  • Proactively identify market trends and translate them into actionable growth initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Enterprise teams, Charitable Strategists, Product, and business leaders
  • Act as a connector across teams to align messaging, strategy, and execution
  • Influence product and go-to-market strategy through deep understanding of advisor and partner needs

Insights & Market Intelligence

  • Synthesize market, advisor, and partner insights to inform strategy and positioning
  • Identify patterns, gaps, and friction points in advisor engagement and opportunity development
  • Translate insights into refined messaging, playbooks, and activation strategies
  • Establish feedback loops to continuously improve advisor experience and growth outcomes

AI & Innovation Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI to enhance speed, scale, and effectiveness of marketing and enablement initiatives
  • Utilize AI-driven insights to identify UHNW advisor behaviors, opportunity signals, and engagement patterns
  • Design scalable personalization strategies for advisor and enterprise communications using AI tools

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, wealth management, financial services, or philanthropic strategy
  • Strong understanding of UHNW client dynamics, complex assets, and advanced charitable planning strategies
  • Proven ability to translate complex financial and philanthropic concepts into compelling narratives and scalable programs
  • Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Experience working with enterprise partners or large institutional clients preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools and data-driven marketing approaches preferred
  • Experience in fintech, wealth management, philanthropy, or donor-advised fund ecosystems strongly preferred
