Our culture, built on innovation, creativity, and speed, fosters an environment where great ideas can flourish. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, with additional offices in Israel, we are expanding our team to pursue an ambitious vision. Join us and be part of something big!

Why Triple Whale needs you

Triple Whale is redefining ecommerce and retail with the smartest AI agents in the industry.  As roadmap velocity accelerates, we’re looking for a seasoned Product Marketer who can jump in to sharpen our market narrative, lead revenue‑driving product- and sales-led programs, and shape internal enablement. You’ll drive go‑to‑market for bleeding‑edge capabilities, build the content engine that powers sales and self-serve motions, and make sure our customers—and the market—know Triple Whale as the thought leader in AI for commerce.

What you’ll do:
  • Market & competitive intelligence — Become an in‑house expert on AI Agents, distill insights into positioning, pitch updates, and analyst briefings.
  • Craft & execute GTM strategies — Partner with Product on monthly and quarterly launches; drive always‑on programs that boost adoption and expansion.
  • Support the agentic content pipeline — Produce use‑case guides, demo videos, webinars, and sales playbooks that shorten deal cycles and raise attach rates.
  • Build “better‑together” narratives — Tie every new capability back to the broader platform story so sales and CS can sell the full value of Triple Whale.
  • Accelerate PLG motions — Partner with Product on product-led entry points for prospects, as well as intent‑based in-app and lifecycle campaigns driving free-to-paid conversion and agent adoptions.
  • Champion customer proof — Scale case‑study production from reactive to proactive, highlighting ROI stories that resonate across segments.
  • Coach & multiply — Institutionalize PMM best practices and raise the overall velocity of the team.
What you’ll bring:
  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in high‑growth B2B SaaS (AI, e‑commerce, or martech a plus).
  • Track record of driving 7‑figure revenue launches and owning end‑to‑end GTM playbooks.
  • Fluency across product‑led and sales‑assisted motions; you’re comfortable optimizing trial flows one day and enabling enterprise AEs the next.
  • Strong storytelling chops—able to translate technical capabilities into crisp, differentiated value propositions and collateral.
  • Experience producing multimedia content (self‑recorded demos, webinars, etc.) and enabling cross‑functional teams at pace.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to measure, learn, and iterate quickly.
  • Strong sense of ownership with a proven track record of taking initiative and thriving in rapidly changing work environments.
  • Natural collaborator who can align Product, Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps around a single narrative.
Bonus points:
  • Hands‑on experience with AI/ML or agentic workflow products

  • We Are Trustworthy: Candor, directness, and honest communication helps us learn, grow and improve so we can win together.
  • We Are Curious: We extend beyond our comfort zone and ask questions that guide us towards new, creative, and bold paths.
  • We Act Like A Mensch: We act with honor, integrity and empathy, and have deep respect for our customers and each other.
Perks
  • Greatest Team: A world-class team of the brightest and most talented out there! Work with fun, hardworking, kind, nice people who are passionate about what they do
  • Compensation: Competitive salary, benefits, and equity
