As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Cloud Enterprise, you'll be the strategic driver of to our go-to-market efforts for Cloud Enterprise, our highest tier subscription. In this high-impact role, you'll shape our upsell narrative, specifically focused on enterprise customers, drive awareness of Cloud Enterprise & its differentiators, and design our end-to-end campaign & enablement strategy all while partnering cross-functionally with a range of stakeholder teams. And, as Atlassian's platform & product portfolio evolves, you'll get the opportunity to define our future upsell strategy for enterprise and contribute to platform-wide initiatives.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $153,000 - $199,750
Zone B: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone C: $127,800 - $166,850
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Cloud Enterprise
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning tailored to enterprise customers, highlighting enterprise-grade benefits like performance, scale, security, compliance, and analytics.
- Enable sales teams with effective collateral, training, and tools to drive pipeline and close deals.
- Conduct customer and market research to inform product direction, messaging, and campaign strategy.
- Develop high-impact content (presentations, case studies, whitepapers, web copy) for technical and business audiences.
- Support industry events and customer engagements to build awareness and generate leads.
- Partner with Demand Generation to design and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads for sales.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Engagement teams to align on strategy and execution.
- Monitor business health and funnel and regularly report out on performance and impact of your marketing activities.
- Experience:
- Proven track record marketing to enterprise organization, ideally for SaaS solutions targeting IT buyers.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-grade requirements for cloud solutions.
- Medium technical proficiency-able to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience (or other highly relevant background)
- Core Skills:
- Exceptional storytelling and written communication skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities.
