Job Summary

Courtyard is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own our go-to-market strategy end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Growth, and Creative by playing a critical role in shaping how Courtyard is positioned and experienced by our users.

You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, UA, CRM, Partnerships and Creative teams. You’ll lead cross-functional GTM planning, and bring clarity to complex launches. You’ll ensure we deliver consistent, compelling narratives across product launches, category expansions, live services and tentpole activations.

This is a high-impact role with direct influence on growth adoption and how Courtyard shows up in culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Own GTM strategy end-to-end for product launches, feature rollouts, and category expansions.
  • Define value propositions, positioning and messaging that resonate with collectors across multiple verticals (TCG, Comics, new categories).
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate roadmaps into clear, executable marketing plans that accelerate time-to-market.
  • Lead cross-functional launch planning, ensuring tight alignment across Growth, Creative, CRM, Partnerships and Data.
  • Drive competitive intelligence and market analysis, surfacing insights that inform positioning, prioritization and strategy.
  • Develop launch briefs, messaging frameworks and enablement materials used across channels and teams.
  • Monitor performance post-launch, analyze results, and iterate based on data and customer behavior.
  • Prepare and present GTM plans, learnings and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage timelines, risks and dependencies, anticipating challenges and driving solutions before they become blockers.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication to keep teams aligned throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within consumer apps, marketplaces, gaming or adjacent high-velocity products.
  • Proven track record launching products and programs that drive real business outcomes (adoption, revenue, GMV, retention, not just awareness).
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with operational excellence,  you can zoom out and execute flawlessly.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics to shape narratives, decisions and priorities.
  • Move with high urgency and purpose, self starter and do not need much to get started.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of TCG, Sport, Popular Culture

What You’ll Get In Return

  • A dynamic and engaging environment focused on fostering real growth and innovation
  • Opportunities to create amazing products that our customers truly love and value
  • Comprehensive health insurance packages with dependent coverage
  • Competitive salary with ample opportunities for career advancement and development
  • Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote work environment
  • 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match to help you plan for the future
  • $100 monthly dogfooding stipend to support trying out our products firsthand
  • Access to employee wellness programs designed to support your overall well-being
