Description

Hypernative is the leader in real-time threat prevention for digital assets. We help financial institutions, asset managers, DeFi platforms, and other web3 participants stop exploits before they happen, mitigate fraud, achieve regulatory compliance, and prevent financial losses. As the trust and enablement layer for institutional digital asset operations, our platform secures billions in on-chain value for the world's top enterprises and web3 players.

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team and report to the Product Marketing Lead. You'll own how we bring products to market, drive adoption with existing customers, and build the content and partnership marketing engine that fuels our next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact role for a marketer who thrives on translating complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and executing end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM & Feature Launches: Own end-to-end go-to-market for new products and features, from positioning and messaging to asset planning and launch execution. Build a structured, repeatable release cadence that drives awareness and adoption.
  • Content Engine: Drive the creation of collateral and middle- and bottom-funnel content (blog posts, webinars, use-case guides, technical primers) that moves prospects through the sales cycle and supports brand initiatives.
  • Partnership & Customer Marketing: Lead marketing strategy and execution for joint launches with strategic partners and integrations. Build scalable customer communication channels (in-platform updates, email nurture tracks, onboarding journeys) that drive product adoption and reduce churn.
  • Market Intelligence: Serve as the voice of the market through ongoing research, win/loss analysis, and customer interviews, synthesizing insights into actionable feedback for Product and Sales.

  • Proven track record producing high-quality marketing collateral, from technical blog posts to sales playbooks and webinars
  • Analytical and research-oriented, with experience conducting market research and turning qualitative feedback into strategic recommendations
  • Comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
