About SPOTIO

SPOTIO was founded in 2014 and is a privately held company based in Addison, Texas. We are known as a leading field sales engagement platform that helps thousands of sales professionals worldwide increase activity, grow their pipeline, provide visibility, and crush sales goals. SPOTIO is consistently ranked a Leader in the G2 Grid for Field Sales and named one of Dallas-Fort Worth's Best Places to Work by the Dallas Business Journal in 2025 and six times overall.

The Role

We’re hiring a Product UI/UX Designer to design end-to-end product experiences across our web app and native mobile apps (iOS and Android). You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and CX teams to turn complex sales workflows and AI capabilities into intuitive, beautiful interfaces that field reps actually love to use.

This is a high-impact role on a small, design-led team. Your work will directly influence how thousands of sales professionals plan their day, capture customer information, and interact with AI-driven insights in the field.

RequirementsWhat You’ll Do
  • Own end-to-end design for features across SPOTIO’s web platform and mobile apps — from discovery and user research through wireframes, prototypes, and polished, shippable UI.
  • Design for AI-first experiences by translating model capabilities (recommendations, summarization, predictive insights, conversational interfaces) into clear, trustworthy, and useful product patterns.
  • Solve real field-sales problems Deep understanding of state management in UX, particularly handling data syncing, latency, offline modes, and error states for mobile applications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success to define problems, scope solutions, and ship iteratively.
  • Leverage and champion: our established design system, collaborating with the Design System Lead to propose scalable components, local variants, and patterns that align with web and native platforms.
  • Run user research and usability testing with real sales reps and managers — interviews, prototype tests, and analytics reviews — to validate decisions.
  • Champion design quality through critique, documentation, and partnership with engineering to ensure pixel-level fidelity at launch.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of product design experience at a SaaS company, ideally B2B and/or B2C, with shipped work across both web and mobile.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, interaction design, and visual polish — not just pretty screens.
  • Native mobile design fluency with a clear understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design, and how to design for native vs. responsive web.
  • Experience designing AI-driven features such as recommendations, smart automation, or LLM-powered workflows — and a point of view on how AI should feel inside a product.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (mastery of components, variables, variants, and auto-layout) with experience building within and proposing enhancements to an established design system framework.
  • Solid foundations in information architecture, interaction design, accessibility (WCAG), and modern visual design.
  • A collaborative, pragmatic approach — you partner well with PMs and engineers, give and receive critique gracefully, and ship work in iterative cycles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate the “why” behind your decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
  • Experience utilizing AI-assisted design tools or prompt engineering (e.g., Claude, Galileo, v0) to accelerate prototyping and ideation
  • Experience designing for outside sales, field service, CRM, or other complex B2B workflow tools.
  • Familiarity with prototyping AI/LLM interactions (e.g., chat UIs, agents, copilots, in-context assistance).
  • Comfortable running quantitative and qualitative research

Benefits
  • 401K with 3% company match
  • Medical Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • 9 paid holidays
  • 3 weeks of paid time off
  • Voluntary benefits (pet insurance, legal, accident)
  • 24/7 EAP - Free Professional Counseling Services
