Join our dynamic Production team as a Senior Production Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in bringing commercial real estate transactions to life from initial marketing through closing. This senior-level position offers an exciting blend of creative production work and strategic administrative support, perfect for a detail-oriented professional with graphic design expertise and exceptional organizational skills.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Producers and Production teams to develop comprehensive marketing materials that showcase premium real estate opportunities. You'll take ownership of high-priority creative projects, manage critical databases, and provide essential day-to-day support that keeps our team operating at peak efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact deal flow and client outcomes, giving you meaningful exposure to the full spectrum of commercial real estate marketing and production processes.

This position is ideal for someone ready to take initiative in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while building valuable expertise in commercial real estate marketing. You'll work alongside industry professionals who value both creative excellence and operational precision, positioning yourself for continued growth in this dynamic field.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Provide administrative and production support including correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing calendars/travel arrangements

• Assist Producer and Analysts in preparing deal related materials including proposals, agreements, and offering memorandums

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations by pulling data from various sources and maintain internal web-based databases

• Take initiative to support Producers with high-priority projects, identify problems, and respond to client inquiries

• Arrange vendor photography, and organize deal-related correspondence

· Planning and executing both internal and external client focused events

· Manage logistics for recruiting Summer Interns and Analysts/Associates

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-6 years of related administrative, marketing, or communications experience

• High School graduate required (college a plus)

• Excellent communication, organizational, grammatical, and time-management skills

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment

• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Real Estate/Finance background preferred

• Commercial Real Estate experience preferred

• Database experience is a plus

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

• Ability to work overtime on short notice and provide backup support to other teams

Location: Office setting (Onsite)
