Role Summary:

Senior Program Manager— Amazon Vendor Central Data, Analytics & Program Management

The Senior Program Manager will own strategy and execution across Amazon Vendor Central initiatives, leveraging first party data assets to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence for a Fortune 500 CPG company. They will partner with cross functional teams to design data-backed programs that improve availability, content quality, advertising ROI alignment, chargeback reductions, and end-to-end vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Amazon Vendor Central Data Foundation program across supply chain, content, pricing, and promotions to achieve revenue, margin, and availability targets.

  • Operationalize data from ARA/Retail Analytics Premium (traffic, conversion, detail page, inventory, forecast, chargebacks, operational metrics) to build insights, dashboards, and action plans.

  • Own program roadmaps and governance, defining OKRs, milestones, and operating cadences across stakeholders in Data Foundation, Supply chain, Catalog, Retail, finance, and marketing.

  • Build and maintain solutions focusing on Sales health, buy box status, site suppression, pricing, content compliance, advertising along with availability metrics.

  • Build and automate reporting, using SQL/Excel/BI to create self-serve dashboards on sell-in/sell-out, availability, pricing, and profitability.

  • Manage senior stakeholder communications, delivering clear narratives, business cases, and weekly/monthly reviews with action-oriented follow-ups.

  • Coach and coordinate cross-functional pods, ensuring on-time delivery, risk management, and measurable outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of total experience in analytics, ecommerce, retail operations, or program management.

  • 3–5 years hands-on with Amazon Vendor Central, including ARA/RAP, PO management, chargebacks, and vendor ops.

  • Strong analytical toolkit: advanced Excel; working SQL for data slicing; experience with Tableau/Power BI or similar BI.

  • Program management excellence: OKRs, roadmaps, risk/issue logs, meeting cadences, and stakeholder management.

  • Proven results improving availability, reducing chargebacks, and lifting retail KPIs through structured programs.

  • Excellent communication with the ability to create concise narratives and influence at senior levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Vendor Central APIs, EDI/ASN/PO flows, and Amazon operational policies.

  • Familiarity with Forecasting, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain levers (lead times, case pack/MOQ, SIOC, prep/pack).

  • Working knowledge of CRaP mitigation, OTIF, fill rate, COOP/MDF, and contribution profit models.

  • Exposure to Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads, Retail Ads alignment) and retail readiness.

  • Scripting exposure (Python) for automation is a plus.

  • Experience in Consumer Goods, Electronics, Beauty/Personal Care, or similar high-velocity categories.

Success Metrics (12 Months)

  • Availability/In stock improvement and reduction in OOS and Lost Buy Box.

  • Chargeback deduction reduction and recovery rate improvement.

  •  CRaP item count reduction and improved contribution profit.

  • Conversion rate and detail page traffic lifts from content and discoverability programs.

  • On-time delivery of program milestones and adoption of self-serve dashboards by stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder NPS and program governance maturity.

Tools & Data:

  • Amazon Vendor Central, ARA/RAP, Brand Registry, and related retail analytics exports.

  • BI: Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.

  • Data: SQL, Excel/Google Sheets; optional Python for automation.

  • PM: Jira/Confluence, Asana, or similar; strong documentation hygiene.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field. MBA/MS is a plus.        

Mandatory/Required:

  • Amazon Vendor Central, ARA/RAP, Brand Registry Data understanding 

  • BI: Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.

  • Data: SQL, Excel/Google Sheets; optional Python for automation.

  • PM: Jira/Confluence, Asana, or similar; strong documentation hygiene.          

Good to Have:

  • Done Solution Roadmap exercise with clients, product owner experience.

  • Ecommerce products understanding and expertise

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $81,000 - $122,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Benefits:

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
