TD SYNNEX is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact, enterprise-level programs that drive business transformation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across our organization.
In this role, you will serve as a key leader in program management and cross-functional execution, partnering with teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and Technology. You will play a critical role in delivering complex business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while driving measurable outcomes.

What You’ll DoLead end-to-end execution of strategic programs and enterprise initiatives from planning through delivery
Drive cross-functional collaboration across business units to align on priorities, milestones, and outcomes
Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics
Establish strong program governance frameworks, including reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
Monitor performance using data-driven program management practices to ensure successful outcomes
Communicate progress, risks, and insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Influence and align stakeholders across complex organizational structures
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and scalability
Support organizational initiatives tied to business transformation, growth strategy, and operational execution
Proven experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Strategic Initiatives Leadership
Strong ability to lead cross-functional, enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing without authority
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset
Experience managing program governance, reporting, and risk mitigation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
High attention to detail with strong execution and delivery focus
Preferred Experience
5–10 years of experience in Program Management, Transformation, or Business Operations roles
Background in technology, IT distribution, cloud, or services organizations
Experience working in enterprise environments or matrixed organizations
Familiarity with program management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
