Our team is growing, and we want you to be part of it! You’ll join a collaborative group within Airbnb’s Chief Business Officer organization focused on expanding our Monthly Stays offering. We recruit and develop Airbnb’s global supply of high-quality stays and execute our in-market strategy to drive international growth. By building strong relationships with hosts and helping them optimize their listings and pricing, our team creates lasting host success and facilitates millions of connections between guests and hosts around the world.

The Difference You Will Make:

As a Senior Programs and Business Operations Lead, you will work with the Homes Leadership to develop and execute strategies to grow the success of Airbnb globally. You will also align with Homes Leadership, regional teams and cross functional teams to analyze data and deliver strategic recommendations to drive the Homes business globally. Your attention to detail, organization, ability to multitask, work on multiple priorities and work under pressure will all ensure you succeed.

You should be great at understanding the needs of the airbnb community and defining levers to help them succeed in the platform. You will develop strong relationships and deliver valuable guidance to help them grow within the Airbnb marketplace.

A Typical Day:

  • Drive the supply, product, and demand strategy of the Long Terms Stays business line, garnering alignment for priorities and resources across the organization

  • Execute strategy across supply and product levers, leading to improved growth and financials for a thriving Long Terms Stays business: Supply optimization, host insights, conversion improvement, and  product development across payments, insurance, among other areas 

  • Drive annual strategy & planning process, including determining business upside and resources needed to deliver that

  • Build tools and equip teams with the relevant data support to tools to make actionable decisions

  • Develop actionable business analysis - enable functional leads to provide consistent information to their teams and stakeholders

  • Assist to leadership inquiries, providing data driven insights driven insights quickly and accurately by leveraging tools such as SQL, excel and Tableau

  • Support local and regional partners with insights,decision making capabilities, and cross-functional execution plans

  • Create materials to communicate strategy and business performance to key stakeholders

  • Liaise with functional teams (comms, marketing) to provide business recommendation and inform functional priorities and initiatives

  • Assist ongoing projects with progress tracking and measurement capabilities such as performance dashboards

  • Work with FP&A and Advanced Analytics to assess business performance (across multiple forums), creating localized playbooks for growth and performance

  • Incubate / run special projects that can be proven and handed off for scaling

Your Expertise:

  • 15+ years experience in strategic roles, consulting, sales leadership or scaling global businesses

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales operations and enablement teams

  • Ability to take initiative and deal with uncertainties

  • Strong appetite for working with the Airbnb community

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills.

  • Pays attention to both details and macro-level outcomes

  • Seasoned internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever changing startup environment

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.

  • Data driven, can do attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions.

  • Comfortable with Excel, SQL

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We'll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
