  • Provide day-to-day project management support for B2B marketing and partnership launches, coordinating across marketing, partner success, internal creative and agency partners to drive projects forward.
  • Work alongside team leads and key PMO leads to support annual planning, resourcing and prioritization for the Commercial and Partnerships teams.

Intake & Process Implementation

  • Support the intake process for net-new requests across business units, ensuring briefs are complete, timelines are realistic, and requests are routed to the right partners.
  • Act as a champion for process adoption, helping team members understand established systems and tools – including templates, workflows, and best practices specific to B2B go-to-market.
  • Partner closely with Commercial Marketing and Partnerships stakeholders as well as Marketing and Creative Operations teammates  to elevate stakeholder feedback and highlight opportunities to increase quality and efficiency across B2B channels.

Commercial B2B Focus

  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for B2B sales and marketing initiatives, including paid media programs, sales enablement content, and co-marketing campaigns
  • Smooth the path between Marketing, Sales, and Business Development by managing handoffs, aligning on deliverables, and maintaining clear lines of communication.
  • Coordinate ad sales and agency management activities tied to commercial B2B initiatives.

Brand & Sports Partnerships Focus

  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows for brand and sports partnership activations, including athlete relationships, league partnerships, and co-branded campaign execution.
  • Support contracting and launch timelines for partnerships, working closely with legal, business development, and marketing stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Manage partnership marketing calendars and deliverables, ensuring all partner commitments are met on time and to brand standards.

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in project management, with meaningful exposure to B2B marketing and brand partnerships, with sports marketing programs a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing projects with an emphasis on B2B GTM and partner marketing channels.
  • Experience with various project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com or similar platforms.
  • Experience a tech company or fast-paced, hypergrowth environment is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, creative asset management).
  • Experience supporting the execution of B2B or co-marketing campaigns, paid media initiatives, and sales enablement content is a strong plus.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are a strong plus.
  • Preferably East-coast based.

Skills & Attributes

  • Highly organized: Able to manage details, timelines, and dependencies across complex projects.
  • Collaborative: Enjoys working cross-functionally and supporting teammates (including Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams) to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex project details into concise, actionable updates for project teams and B2B stakeholders.
