The Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Projects Office is responsible for leading and executing complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives and change management programs across Voyager Technologies. This role drives execution of company-wide projects, partners with senior leaders across all business functions, and ensures accountability and delivery against strategic priorities. The Senior Project Manager operates with a high degree of independence, influences without direct authority, and serves as a key driver of operational alignment and project outcomes across the organization.
The position reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise Projects Office and is remote within the United States. This role requires travel up to 50% within the United States, including the possibility of overnights.
The Essential Functions of the role are to:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional enterprise projects, owning project plans, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder communications from initiation through completion
- Drive cross-company change management efforts, partnering with senior leaders across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other functions to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful adoption of new processes and systems
- Build and maintain integrated project plans across multiple concurrent workstreams, identifying dependencies, managing risks and blockers, and escalating issues as appropriate to keep initiatives on track
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating structured working sessions, synthesizing complex requirements, and translating organizational needs into clear execution plans
- Partner with business units and functional teams to support process standardization, systems maturity, and operational improvement initiatives
- Contribute to M&A integration activities, including supporting post-acquisition onboarding of acquired teams onto Voyager systems and processes
- Develop project reporting, dashboards, and status updates that provide clear visibility into project health and progress

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Organizational Leadership, or a related field with 8 or more years of experience in enterprise project management, program management, or strategic initiative delivery, OR twelve or more years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Eight to twelve years of progressive experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale projects with broad organizational scope and impact
- Demonstrated ability to drive change management and influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization without direct management authority
- Proven experience developing and managing complex, multi-workstream project plans, risk registers, and executive-level reporting
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and translating organizational needs into structured execution plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize ambiguous or competing priorities and present clearly to senior leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience in defense, national security, aerospace, or government contracting industries
- Experience with enterprise system implementations such as HRIS, ERP, or PLM platforms
Travel, Physical and/or Government Mandated Requirements:
Travel up to 50%, including the possibility of overnights, within the United States
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
The good faith base salary range for this role is $135,000–$165,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.
