Job Summary


Courtyard.io is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Marketing team. This role will support Creative Services and general Marketing team initiatives.


You will partner closely with our Creative team to keep projects and workflows organized and moving efficiently. Through cross-functional coordination, you’ll manage day-to-day production tasks across asset pipelines, ensuring designers and editors have the clarity and support they need to deliver high-quality work on time and at scale. Your role is operational, hands-on, and essential to keeping the creative engine running smoothly. You’ll also flex into supporting general marketing initiatives, working closely with our Go-to-Market team to plan, build, and maintain campaign pipelines across functional teams.


As an integral part of the Marketing team, you will maintain full visibility over the asset pipeline, track and update project status, and coordinate with Creative, GTM, User Acquisition, Social, and CRM. This role requires someone organized, proactive, adaptable, and deeply collaborative. They are able to bring order to ambiguity and communicate clearly across teams to drive project velocity and implement workflow improvements that scale as our operation grows.

What You’ll Do 


Creative Production (70%)

  • Work closely with the Head of Creative Services to manage end-to-end production for all creative deliverables for UA, CRM, Social, GTM, ASO, and Product.
  • Maintain visibility over creative pipelines, priorities, and progress across internal artists and external vendors.
  • Coordinate and drive kickoff meetings, reviews, standups and post-mortems to keep workflows aligned.
  • Develop and manage workback schedules, sprint schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Track dependencies, identify blockers early, and drive proactive resolutions.
  • Maintain version control, asset specs, and delivery documentation across channels.
  • Coordinate between Creative Services, Growth, GTM, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment on briefs, goals and timelines.

Marketing Project Management (30%)

  • Act as the project manager for live events and GTM launches, working with the Head of Product Marketing on timelines, dependencies, owners, and cross-functional coordination to keep campaigns on track and unblocked.
  • Oversee project management tools, marketing calendars and cross-functional GTM timelines. 
  • Partner with CRM, Social, Partnerships, UA and Creatives to ensure marketing initiatives move forward on schedule. 
  • Track milestones and ensure deliverables hit deadlines across campaigns & launches. 
  • Create structure and reporting around campaign progress, deliverables and dependencies. 
  • Support communications and coordination across internal teams and external vendors. 


What You’ll Bring 

  • 5+ years in production, creative operations, or project management within marketing, gaming, or creative studios.
  • Proven experience managing creative pipelines and asset workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
  • Fluency with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, Jira, Linear, etc).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with artists, designers, editors, and marketing leads.
  • Comfortable building new processes and introducing workflow improvements.
