2. Role Summary / Purpose

The Senior Project Manager, PMO is responsible for driving the end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple departments — acting as the connective tissue between business functions to ensure high-priority projects meet ambitious company goals on time and within scope.

3. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of complex, multi-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic priorities.
  • Manage critical path dependencies and proactively identify bottlenecks before they impact timelines or project scope.
  • Design and implement refined internal workflows that optimize cross-departmental collaboration and increase operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement AI tools and workflow automations that reduce administrative overhead and increase project delivery velocity.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance — translating business requirements into clear project plans.
  • Leverage AI-powered documentation tools to maintain a single Source of Truth, ensuring outputs are accurate, current, and accessible across all project stakeholders.
  • Govern project scope to protect the integrity of agreed outcomes and prevent unapproved requirements from impacting delivery timelines.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for recurring and ad-hoc cross-functional meetings, delivering concise, actionable updates to executive leadership.
  • Utilize data and AI-assisted analytics to track cycle time from proposal to execution, surfacing patterns and bottlenecks for continuous improvement.
  • Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities.
4. QualificationsRequired:
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced, matrixed SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with competing priorities and shifting timelines.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Notion or Monday.com.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Notion AI, Monday.com AI) to automate routine project management tasks and increase personal output.
  • Exposure to M&A integration or organizational change management projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority across functions and levels.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt effectively when company priorities shift.
  • Experience facilitating executive-level reporting and cross-functional alignment.
Preferred:
  • Experience in the hospitality technology industry or B2B SaaS environment.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, MSP, or Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience designing or implementing AI-assisted workflow automations in a project or operations context.
