  • Cross-functional coordination: Align internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across time zones and functions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7+ years of market research project management experience in a client-facing role; prior healthcare experience is a must. Specific experience with healthcare consulting companies is a plus.
  • English: Professional-level English (verbal and written)
  • Communication skills: Clear, confident communicator who can translate needs into action and present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Client-first mindset: Strong relationship builder with a focus on outcomes, responsiveness, and long-term value creation

  • Results-driven: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accountability
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • AI-enabled tools: Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and increase speed without compromising data integrity or customer experience.
