Position Overview
The Project Manager – Electrical Service drives customer satisfaction, revenue, and long-term client retention by owning commercial service relationships and coordinating service requests from start to finish. This role supports efficiency and production by aligning the customer, field technicians, proposals, scheduling, and financial controls to deliver fast-moving electrical service work with high quality and strong profitability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients; expand the client base through active business development.
  • Identify opportunities for electrical service, repairs, and upgrades; prepare and present proposals and service agreements.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and technicians, managing multiple service calls to ensure efficient, high-quality completion.
  • Conduct on-site meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections to assess client needs.
  • Track account performance, manage budgets for small projects, approve invoices, and ensure profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in electrical service account management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, electrical design, and construction methods.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Bluebeam and Accubid preferred.
  • Ability to manage fast-moving, multiple service projects simultaneously.

  • Achieving Service Department sales goals and budget targets.
  • Increasing client retention rates.
  • Improving customer satisfaction scores.
