We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Engineering PMO and support our Internal Products organization. In this role, you'll partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, optimize delivery practices, and ensure our internal platforms and services evolve to meet the needs of the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive delivery of roadmap initiatives across the Internal Products organization, supporting all Internal Products teams.
  • Partner with technical leads and business stakeholders to translate priorities into executable project plans, balancing strategic roadmap work with operational support and business initiatives.
  • Own project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery forecasting across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Establish and facilitate agile delivery practices tailored to each team, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Manage team backlogs, sprint planning, intake, prioritization, and Jira Service Management workflows to ensure work is well-defined, appropriately sequenced, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and other business teams.
  • Track team capacity, delivery metrics, and operational health to improve forecasting, identify risks, and continuously optimize team performance.
  • Document project plans, operational processes, and release communications to ensure organizational visibility and alignment.

What success looks like:

  • Internal Products teams operate with consistent, predictable delivery practices supported by effective Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
  • Roadmap initiatives and operational work are delivered through well-managed backlogs, clear prioritization, and accurate capacity planning.
  • Stakeholders have confidence in delivery timelines, project visibility, and cross-functional communication.
  • Jira Service Management workflows enable efficient intake, prioritization, and resolution of business requests.
  • Delivery metrics and team health are leveraged to continuously improve planning accuracy, execution, and operational efficiency.
  • You become a trusted partner who brings structure, transparency, and execution to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of technical project or program management experience leading cross-functional engineering and business teams.
  • Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or similar internal platform teams.
  • Strong experience supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, or administration projects.
  • Experience with additional revenue technology platforms such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Gong, Outreach, LeanData, Marketo, or similar tools is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing both roadmap-driven development and operational work within agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, capacity planning, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Experience managing Jira Software and Jira Service Management, including intake workflows, ticket prioritization, and service request management.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, SQL, ETL pipelines, and enterprise business systems sufficient to effectively partner with engineering teams.
  • Experience using delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, cycle time, and capacity to improve planning and execution.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the confidence to partner directly with executive leadership, provide clear project visibility, and navigate competing priorities across technical and business teams.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent agile certification is a plus.
