Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of large, highly complex projects. Your goal is to ensure that commitments are delivered on time, within scope, to budget, and to the required quality standards.
You will work proactively with project teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Successfully deliver projects on schedule and within budget, applying appropriate processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide the team toward success and find creative ways to overcome difficulties. Build strong relationships across all organizational functions and levels.
- Stakeholder Communication: Develop and manage a communication plan tailored to the project's scope. You will report on project status, adapting your message for different audiences, and build trusted relationships with the project team, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks. You will create and monitor risk logs to ensure a smooth project delivery.
- Scope Management: Ensure the project scope is clearly defined and documented from the start. You will manage scope changes and change requests, escalating any impacts on cost, schedule, or deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Identify, suggest, and implement process improvements. Encourage a culture of learning by sharing lessons from past projects.
- Project Control: Maintain clear project control through disciplined measurement, planning, and reporting. Anticipate and communicate how project decisions may impact client commitments and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience: A preference for 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 2-3 years at a senior or expert level.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- For development PMs: Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, or SAFe certification.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Ability to identify and remove impediments to keep the team focused.

- Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
Working Conditions:
- Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
- May require after-hours or on-call support, including holidays.
- On-call and after-hours work may be necessary during peak times (end of month/quarter/year). During these key periods, paid time off may be limited to ensure we meet our business commitments.
- International and domestic travel up to 10% may be required.
