As a Senior Project Manager for Passive Measurement, you will own execution of one or more longitudinal research studies that rely on the development and maintenance of high-end passive measurement research panels on behalf of our customers. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a cross-functional team of technologists, panel managers / panel support specialists, and data scientists in the design, planning, development, and operation of robust passive measurement market research panels in the media research landscape, while also managing the day-to-day interaction with applicable customers and external stakeholders as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Building systematic and standardized processes to develop and maintain complex passive measurement panels on behalf of customers and other departments across the organization
Coordinating the assignment and allocation of team resources to the execution of planned/scoped/estimated work and overseeing the team’s execution and delivery of that work
Coordinating the recruitment of participants into the passive measurement panel, using Dynata systems, tools, and resources
Coordinating activity between Dynata teams and customer teams (including technology, research, and project) as needed. This includes setting expectations, coordinating activities, and sharing findings, deliverables, and progress updates
Working with the panel management team to analyze team and individual performance, producing regular KPI reports to identify areas for improvement and celebrate areas of success for both internal stakeholders and customers
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Excellent communications both verbally, in writing, and via presentation. You'll need to be able to have constructive and nuanced conversations with customers (both internal customers and external clients) and individuals of varying personalities and backgrounds in various contexts (e.g. when updating on progress, when level-setting expectations, or communicating challenges).
Understanding of technology systems, including CRM, workflow management, and email campaign management tools (e.g. Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.)
Understanding of common survey techniques, survey question design mechanisms, and survey systems.
Fluency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office solutions (Word, Excel, etc.).
Eagerness to build systematic solutions – a dedication to making sure that the client is successful and pleased with their experience working with Dynata.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Experience managing teams of 3+ people with cross-functional skills in project management, engineering, design, UX, or customer support
Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant industry experience is acceptable.
More than 5 years of experience leading complex client research projects, including the discovery of needs, estimation of resources, expectation setting, and process design.
Experience with passive measurement technologies and workflows highly desired.

The base salary range for this position in is $50k-$70k/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
