About The Team:
LINQ’s Customer Experience department is the heart and soul of our commitment to supporting k12 schools and districts. We’re not just here to answer questions, we’re here to build trust, solve problems, and ensure every customer feels empowered to succeed with our solutions. From onboarding, and training, to troubleshooting and beyond were the guides to help administrators and educators navigate their daily challenges.  

What You'll Be Doing: 

Project Ownership & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path tracking.
  • Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Drive structured status reporting to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth transition to support and customer success teams post go live.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate executive-level communication with clarity and confidence.
  • Manage expectations, negotiate scope adjustments, and maintain delivery integrity.
  • Lead structured meetings with clear agendas, action tracking, and accountability.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate resources across Implementation, Data Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams (as needed).
  • Ensure internal teams are aligned to project commitments and timelines.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed deliverables and deadlines. 

Commercial & Operational Discipline

  • Protect project margin through scope control and change management processes.
  • Track revenue milestones and ensure alignment with billing schedules.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and resource planning inputs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation playbooks and delivery standards.

Process & Standardization

  • Apply repeatable implementation methodologies to drive consistency.
  • Contribute to refinement of templates, tools, and delivery frameworks.
  • Capture lessons learned and feed insights back into operational processes.

What We Are Looking For: 

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven record of delivering multiple concurrent SaaS implementations successfully.
  • Experience managing subscription-based or recurring revenue business models.
  • Strong understanding of implementation lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, timelines, and risk in complex environments.
  • Experience with PSA tools and project tracking systems (e.g., Wrike, Rocketlane, FinancialForce, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience in [Industry/Vertical – e.g., EdTech, ERP, FinTech, etc.].
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition milestones and financial forecasting.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification (valued but not required).
  • Experience building or improving implementation playbooks.
