Reports to: Sr. Director PMO

Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $185,000 to $195,000 base plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 4M+ endpoints and 7M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

The PMO sits at the center of our annual Focus Initiatives—the company's central roadmap to achieve our most ambitious goals. As a Senior Project Manager, you will quickly ramp up to execute 8-10 of our highest-stakes strategic bets. This isn't a role for a "note-taker"; it is for a systems-level thinker who can lead a senior set of stakeholders, including VPs and ELT members, through complex discovery and execution. You will navigate the tension between the strategic and the tactical, ensuring that every project moves the needle on our bottom line.

In this role, you’ll act as a force multiplier for the organization. You will manage ad-hoc projects that require more than just facilitation—they require a seasoned leader who can anticipate challenges before they arise and mitigate them in real-time. You will leverage AI and automation to streamline the "manual" work of project management, allowing you to focus your energy on business acumen, high-level orchestration, and driving the outcomes that matter most to Huntress.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead 8-10 critical Focus Initiatives from discovery through execution, staying outcome obsessed to ensure we don't just finish projects, but deliver the intended business value.
  • Orchestrate alignment across a senior stakeholder base (including VP and ELT levels), using candor and expertise to clarify goals and drive decision-making.
  • Apply systems-level thinking to identify "unknown unknowns" and mitigate risks early, ensuring our fastest-moving projects stay on the rails without slowing down.
  • Move with urgency in our fast-paced environment, knowing when to ship a "good enough" solution to gather data and when to refine for scale.
  • Use AI as a co-pilot to summarize complex stakeholder inputs and research, distilling information into actionable takeaways so the team stays focused on execution.
  • Take accountability for the upfront critical thinking required to clarify project scopes, ensuring that "Giving a Shit" results in high-quality execution from day one.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of managing high-visibility projects in a fast-growing SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Experience leading and influencing VP and ELT-level stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex project statuses into strategic business impact.
  • You look beyond the task list to understand how projects interconnect across the organization, solving for scalability rather than just one-off fixes.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to dive into the "messy" parts of a project to find a path forward.
  • You are currently a proficient user of AI tools (for synthesis and research) and have the drive to evolve into a "light builder" who can create automated workflows to elevate PMO efficiency.
  • A history of focusing on the "Why" and the "Result," rather than just the "How" or the "Process."

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
