We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to support an upcoming Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation. This role requires deep hands-on QA expertise, strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, and proven experience testing Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and related Power Platform components within an Agile delivery model managed through Azure DevOps.
This is a senior-level delivery role responsible for ensuring solution quality across functional processes, integrations, data migration, and user experience prior to production deployment.
This role is a contact from March to August 2026; final duration will be confirmed based on project initiation and delivery timelines. This role is fully remote and the successful candidate must be available to work in PST hours to accommodate our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the overall QA strategy for a Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.
• Develop test plans, test cases, regression suites, and traceability matrices aligned to business requirements and user stories.
• Establish quality gates across sprint cycles, UAT readiness, and go-live.
• Validate end-to-end business processes across workflows.
• Ensure configuration, customization, and extensions meet documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting within Azure DevOps.
• Validate any system integrations, APIs, middleware interactions, and data migration readiness.
• Coordinate and guide business user acceptance testing and support go-live validation.
You Bring:
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance within enterprise business applications.
• Direct testing experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform).
• Proven experience using Azure DevOps for test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes, integrations, data migration testing, and security validation.
• Experience working in Agile project delivery environments.
Nice to Have:
• Experience within municipal, public sector, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for Dynamics/Power Platform.
• Exposure to performance/load testing tools and CI/CD release management.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure DevOps.

• Ability to operate as a senior quality authority within a delivery team.
• Strong stakeholder communication across business and technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a risk-focused mindset aligned to enterprise delivery standards.

Salary & Benefits
- The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA.
