The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles at Hebbia, actively sourcing talent, shaping hiring plans, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
About the role

Behind many of life’s most important transactions — buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card — is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint is building the critical infrastructure that powers these transactions, helping the world’s leading banks, lenders, and capital providers move with greater speed, trust, and transparency.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter, GTM to own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact go-to-market roles. This role is for someone who thrives on proactive outreach, treats pipelines like a craft, and has a demonstrated ability to consistently win top candidates in competitive, high-signal processes.

In this high-impact role, you’ll shape how Setpoint tells its story to candidates. You’ll map talent markets, build and nurture prospect lists, and develop a strong understanding of the talent landscape for each search. Throughout the process, you’ll bring a human touch to every interaction, help us continually raise the quality bar as we scale, and play an important role in keeping the interview process smooth, thoughtful, and well-coordinated.

Who will love this job

  • Own end-to-end GTM hiring: intake → sourcing strategy → screening → process management → closing.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define role needs, candidate profiles, and calibrated hiring bars (especially for senior searches).
  • Build top-of-market pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Run a crisp, high-quality process: scorecards, structured interviews, fast debriefs, and clear decision-making.
  • Lead candidate closing strategy: create tailored closing plans (stakeholder alignment, narrative, timing, offer strategy, and risk management) to secure hard-to-win talent.
  • Track funnel health and hiring progress; identify bottlenecks and run experiments to improve conversion, velocity, and quality.
  • Continuously improve our recruiting operations, tooling, and candidate experience as we scale.

What you’ll do

  • Own top-of-funnel sourcing for priority roles across the business: define ideal candidate profiles, build target lists, and drive outbound outreach.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate on profiles, and refine search strategies over time.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and our ATS to research markets, identify talent pools, and build and maintain prospect pipelines.
  • Craft thoughtful, tailored outbound campaigns that reflect Setpoint’s voice and resonate with different candidate audiences.
  • Proactively surface and pitch strong candidates, ensuring recruiters and hiring managers have a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Maintain clean, accurate candidate data in the ATS; ensure prospects are tagged, tracked, and progressed (or closed out) consistently.
  • Track and report on key sourcing metrics (response rates, conversion by stage, source quality) and suggest experiments to improve results.
  • Contribute to employer brand efforts by sharing market feedback, suggesting content for outbound, and championing candidate experience.
  • Support occasional full-cycle recruiting tasks (scheduling, closing support, etc.) as bandwidth and business needs require.
  • Support recruiting coordination needs, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and ensuring interviews start on time and run smoothly.

You should have

  • 6 –10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success hiring for GTM functions (Sales//RevOps/Marketing/Partnerships) with consistently high signal.
  • Strong proactive sourcing ability: you don’t wait for applicants — you find, engage, and convert exceptional passive talent.
  • Proven closing ability: track record of landing competitive candidates through thoughtful, high-touch partnership and negotiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can represent the company’s story with clarity and conviction.
  • Data-driven and operationally strong: you use metrics to diagnose funnel issues and improve outcomes.
  • High ownership, urgency, and follow-through — you do what it takes to get priority hires over the line.
