Job Description

If you're the kind of recruiter who wants a seat at the table (not just a list of requisitions to fill) this could be the role for you! As a Senior Recruiter at Renaissance, you'll own complex searches across multiple areas of the business while serving as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders. You'll build thoughtful sourcing strategies, use data and market insights to influence decisions, and know how and when to challenge assumptions. We're looking for someone who can balance getting things done with strategic partnership—communicating proactively, navigating competing priorities, and turning recruiting complexity into clear recommendations and action.

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants both ownership and a voice in how Talent Acquisition evolves. You'll have the autonomy to manage your work while helping us strengthen the processes, tools, and practices that support hiring across Renaissance.

We are ideally looking for someone located in the CST/EST time zones.

In this role as Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for complex and high-priority searches across multiple business functions, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer, negotiation and close.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, using business context and recruiting expertise to challenge assumptions and recommend the best path forward.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies using targeted outreach, talent mapping, passive-candidate engagement, referrals, networking, CRM campaigns, and talent communities.
  • Use recruiting data, market intelligence, and candidate feedback to diagnose challenges, identify risks, and influence hiring decisions.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with HRBPs, Compensation, Finance, TA Operations, HR Operations, and other partners to move hiring forward effectively.
  • Deliver an exceptional and consistent candidate and hiring-manager experience through proactive communication, clear expectations, and thoughtful issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant recruiting data while leveraging Greenhouse, CRM technology, AI-enabled tools, and analytics to improve effectiveness.
  • Provide concise, decision-oriented updates on pipeline health, market conditions, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions.
  • Lead or contribute to TA projects and process improvements, translating lessons learned into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Share expertise and best practices across the TA team while contributing to talent mapping, pipeline development, and other proactive talent initiatives.
Qualifications

For this role as Senior Recruiter, you should have:

  • 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated success owning complex searches across multiple business functions and partnering with senior-level hiring leaders
  • Experience operating successfully in a fast-changing or evolving organization; experience in private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisitive environments is a plus
  • Strong sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and appropriately challenge stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including concise, decision-oriented updates
  • Experience using recruiting data and market insights to guide recommendations and hiring decisions
  • Strong ATS and recruiting-technology proficiency; Greenhouse experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a changing, fully remote environment
  • Strong understanding of recruiting compliance, data integrity, and candidate confidentiality

Bonus Points:

  • Experience recruiting for SaaS, education technology, sales, customer success, product, engineering, or senior corporate functions
  • Experience with workforce planning, talent intelligence, pipeline forecasting, recruiting dashboards, or quality-of-hire insights
  • Experience coaching recruiters, leading recruiting projects, or supporting vendor strategy and governance
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, or emerging recruiting technology to improve recruiter efficiency, candidate experience, or recruiting workflows
Additional Information

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Salary Range: The base range for this position is $99,500 - $122,500. This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
