  • Develop data-driven recruiting strategies and consistently track your metrics to continuously improve our hiring success
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in our hiring practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned (to be less than 10% of your responsibilities)
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate Talent Acquisition, successfully attracting and onboarding talent in a highly competitive, high-growth environment
  • Knowledge of specialized sourcing strategies to proactively develop candidate pipelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization and persuade and influence stakeholders
  • A high degree of accuracy, care, and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • A “selling approach” to recruiting
  • Experience leveraging equity compensation in candidate negotiations
  • Experience navigating and developing ambiguous processes in an early-stage startup
