  • Understand funnel dynamics and manage sourcing volume to keep pipelines healthy

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at growth stage startups

  • Analytical mindset and data fluency

  • Deep tech industry knowledge, especially early-stage environments

  • Experience maintaining quality while moving quickly in demanding environments

  • Strong written communication skills (essential for our high-documentation culture)

  • Proven ability to identify what makes candidates successful beyond just paper qualifications

  • Proficiency with recruiting software and tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

  • Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies

What's cool about the role

  • You’ll help build a world-class team as we expand globally

  • Direct partnership with leadership on strategic hires

  • Competitive pay and equity. Base salary for this role: $135,000 to $160,000.

  • Real benefits. 100% covered health (US), unlimited PTO, 12-16 weeks paid parental leave.

  • Fully remote. Work from anywhere in the Americas.

  • Great culture. Read more about how we work in our public handbook.
