About the Role

Omni is scaling fast — 200+ employees today, with over 100 more planned this year — and we're looking for a Senior Recruiter to help continue to build the teams behind our product.

You'll be joining our Talent function, working closely with hiring managers across GTM, R&D, G&A, and Support. This is a hands-on role and an opportunity to shape how we hire as we grow.

This is where you come in.

You Will
  • Drive recruiting across a range of functions and levels — sourcing, screening, and delivering strong candidate slates to hiring managers

  • Build proactive, repeatable sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent via LinkedIn, Boolean search, VC talent networks, and referrals

  • Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like, structure interview processes, and keep pipelines moving with urgency

  • Structure and negotiate offers in partnership with hiring managers and finance; handle the full range of recruiting operations including HRIS updates, background checks, and onboarding handoffs

  • Contribute to building Omni's university recruiting program

  • Identify gaps in process and tooling and help improve them; more senior candidates will have the opportunity to shape recruiting strategy and develop the team

About You
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company

  • Proven ability to hire across multiple functions including GTM, technical, and G&A. You're a generalist who goes deep when needed

  • Strong sourcing skills and a track record of building high-quality pipelines on hard-to-fill roles

  • Sharp candidate judgment and the ability to influence and align hiring managers

  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity, with a strong sense of quality and the ability to drive results independently

  • Experience managing or mentoring others is a plus; we value strong team players who lift those around them

Why Omni
  • Passionate, close-knit team with extensive experience in the space, including founders from Looker and Stitch Data

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) Plan

  • Flexible PTO
