This is a remote position, but if you're near one of our local offices, you're welcome to come hangout with us in-office as well. Our main offices are in Post Falls, ID, and Spokane, WA; we also have satellite offices in Austin, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT. You'll be working 40 hours a week and, of course, enjoy great company benefits.
We are looking for a Senior Referral Affiliate Manager to help manage our affiliate profile, build affiliate relationships, and lead competitive analysis. This role will require someone who excels in an autonomous position and can lead negotiations to close deals. They will work with our marketing team to make updates to our affiliate programs as our services change and evolve.

Responsibilities
- Maintain our affiliate profile, grow it, and make sure it ranks well
- Develop relationships with key affiliates in the Registered Agent and Domains industries through research, referrals and networking
- Strategize long-term affiliate growth opportunities
- Complete competitive analysis on regular basis to help our program stand out
- Recommend process improvements and coordinate with various teams to address affiliate program needs
- Deliver affiliate marketing reports to stakeholders
- Manage business negotiations with customers
- Work with management team to execute and close new affiliate deals
- Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities
- Ongoing research (or knowledge) of affiliate marketing trends, compliance and tracking related changes
Requirements
- At least 3 years professional experience in a service based affiliate management role
- Experience or knowledge of Registered Agent and/or Domains industries
- Experience leading business negotiations and closing deals
- Proven experience implementing successful process improvements and new program ideas
- Thorough experience using affiliate platforms, experience with ShareASale a plus
- Understanding of web analytics
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and organization skills
- Must be a problem solver, one who hustles to find a solution and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
