We’re now entering an exciting new chapter in Ooni’s journey. As part of our growth strategy, we’re strengthening our core technical capabilities within the Marketing team, and that's where you come in. We’re on the lookout for a Senior regional Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help take Ooni to the next level.

What you’ll do

As our Senior Regional Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as the critical link between Global Category teams and the regional commercial organization. This role is responsible for adapting global product strategies to fit the regional market, defining regional channel strategies, and ensuring flawless execution of product launches and campaigns. Working closely with regional channel leads and sales teams, this role drives demand, optimizes go-to-market approaches, and ensures brand and product positioning resonate with local consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Alignment

  • Partner with Global Category Management teams to understand product roadmaps, positioning, and launch plans by category.
  • Translate global product strategies into region-specific go-to-market plans, ensuring relevance for market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
  • Define regional channel strategies (Wholesale, DTC, Marketplace, etc.) aligned to both commercial objectives and global brand direction.

Product Launch Management

  • Lead regional launch planning for new products, from pre-launch readiness through post-launch review.
  • Develop and manage regional launch toolkits leveraging global assets, with adaptations for local language, regulations, and cultural relevance.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with channel leads, sales, and agencies to ensure unified execution across comms & engagement, paid media, retail, events & experiential channels.
  • Oversee regional launch timelines to ensure on-time delivery of assets, training, and campaign activations.

Channel & Campaign Activation

  • Partner with regional channel leads to create channel-specific activation plans.
  • Brief regional and local agencies on creative adaptations, media plans, and promotional activity.
  • Monitor campaign performance across channels, ensuring optimization against KPIs (sell-through, awareness, engagement, ROI).
  • Ensure a consistent brand and product story across all touchpoints, adapting messaging where necessary for channel and audience.

Market & Competitive Insights

  • Gather and synthesize regional market intelligence (consumer insights, category trends, competitive activity) to inform go-to-market strategy
  • Share feedback with Global Category Management to influence future product development and messaging.
  • Maintain a pulse on local regulations, pricing sensitivities, and retail landscape changes that could impact launch success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the regional subject matter expert for assigned product categories.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to provide sell-in materials and compelling product stories for retail buyers.
  • Collaborate with the global creative and content teams to localize assets and ensure cultural fit.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience with translating high-level product or category strategies into actionable go-to-market plans.
  • Demonstrated success in managing product launches or marketing activation across multiple channels (e.g., DTC, wholesale, marketplace, retail).
  • A solid understanding of integrated marketing and the ability to align paid, earned, and owned activities to drive impact.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive trends.
  • Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills - you thrive on working with global, regional, and local teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Strategic thinker with an operational mindset - able to define vision and execute the day-to-day.
  • A passion for food, cooking, or, ideally, pizza!
