  • Assist with monthly revenue forecasting, backlog analysis, and recurring revenue reporting.
  • Lead special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as assigned by the Controller and CFO.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead accountant capacity.
  • SaaS industry experience required; private equity–backed company experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite experience required) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply it to practical, day-to-day accounting activities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience applying ASC 606 guidance to complex SaaS and professional services contracts, variable consideration, contract modifications, and multi-element arrangements.
  • Experience managing SaaS billing and revenue recognition processes.
  • Experience with deferred and unbilled revenue accounting and contract review.
  • Proven success managing accounts receivable and collection processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, and coordinate the work of others without formal supervisory responsibility.

What would make you stand out?

  • Proven experience improving accounting processes while still performing daily transactional work.
